ABOUT ME

 

My name is Melanie Leach and I am a junior journalism, public relations and photography student at Grand View University.  I love to embrace nature and God's beautiful creation, most of which I find when I am out wandering the countryside we call rural Iowa. 

 

Last year I discovered exactly what the definition of wanderlust feels like as I traveled to Wales, England, France, and Haiti. Although I loved traveling for fun, I had the experience of a lifetime in Les Cayes, Haiti.

 

Through Global Compassion Network I found that I truly have a heart for missions, whether it be in the U.S. or overseas. Someday I hope to use my degree to tactfully spread GCN's message and help raise support for this extremely worthy cause or something similar.
